My career has grown from QA, DevOps, and SRE into engineering leadership. I stay close to architecture, reliability practices, platform strategy, and the systems that make teams effective at scale.
At Mercadona Tech, I joined during the early rebuild of Mercadona Online and helped establish the cloud-native platform and reliability foundations behind its growth. More recently, I have led the technical coordination of AutoStore robotics integration into warehouse operations.

Grew the SRE function from a one-person setup into a dedicated team, establishing cloud infrastructure, observability, incident management, and operational readiness for the new online platform.
Built and operated the initial cloud-native production platform for the rebuilt Mercadona Online service—from infrastructure and CI/CD to monitoring, security, and incident response.
